Job Summary
Maintenance of Traffic laborer handles temporary traffic control on roadway construction sites, set up and maintain work-zone signs and lights, coordinate with client representatives, load/unload equipment, deliver/pick-up equipment, coordinate MOT activities, provide recommendations on traffic maintenance procedures, complete daily paperwork, and may operate a company vehicle if licensed. Requires clear written and verbal communication, ability to work in varying physical conditions, and a flexible schedule including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include at least 2 years MOT experience and a High School Diploma/GED; MOT certification is preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and performance bonuses.
