Job Summary
Maintenance Millwright responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining industrial equipment and facilities; reads/interprets blueprints and drawings, fabricates parts, and performs welding (SMAW, GMAW, oxy-fuel). Day shift with occasional callouts for breakdowns/outages; seeks mechanical/maintenance proficiency with an on-site apprenticeship program and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid during the first year. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust and vibration; basic math, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required. Training pathways include company-paid apprenticeship; prior plant experience not required.
