Job Summary
Provide essential mechanical and technical support to the production line, performing repairs and conducting preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Read, interpret, and adhere to drawings, blueprints, and safety considerations; work with bearings and various systems; troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics; ensure smooth operations with minimal supervision while supporting a collaborative maintenance team under the Maintenance Supervisor. Bring a Red Seal Mechanic certification, Grade 12, and at least 5 years of heavy industrial experience; must hold a valid BC driver’s license and be available for overtime. Overtime and 12-hour day/night rotating shifts (3 days on, 3 days off) are part of the role.
