Job Summary
Lead Engineer for Microtel by Wyndham locations in Milford, DE. Responsible for inspecting premises and equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, performing basic repairs, and overseeing contractors for professional repairs. Diagnose mechanical issues, repair machines and structures, and read blueprints/repair manuals to guide maintenance work. Requires proven maintenance experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to disassemble and replace defective parts, and comfort using precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Demonstrates strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills with a professional presentation and attitude. Employment contingent on valid US work authorization and successful background screen; participates in E-Verify.
Required Qualifications
