Job Summary
The Maintenance position at the Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center involves general cleaning of parking facilities, operation of sweepers and pressure washers, event barricade set up, pressure washing, re-striping of lines, and other paint duties. This role requires substituting for cashiers when necessary and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with traffic management. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve extended hours, including nights and weekends.
