Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic/Mechanical Technician role focused on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and documentation to minimize downtime and ensure reliable performance. Must read blueprints and technical manuals, use diagnostic tools, and be familiar with CMMS software. Emphasis on safety with OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, plus lifting and manual tasks in an industrial environment. Open at the Petersburg facility with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency, problem-solving, and reliability engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years industrial maintenance mechanic experience
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent; vocational training, an associate's degree or certifications in industrial maintenance, millwrighting, or related field are highly preferred
