Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance, daily inspections, and emergency repairs on electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Dismantle, overhaul, and assemble equipment while operating motorized vehicles, overhead hoists, and acetylene torches for metal cutting. Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, impact wrenches, and gauges, to ensure production continuity. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and availability for weekend shifts. Mr. Dell's Foods, LLC offers paid training and a 401(k) for this full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift or maneuver objects up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for maintenance emergencies as needed
- ATTITUDE, EFFORT AND ATTENDANCE are essential
- Weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School, Trade School, Vocational
- 2 years of mechanical experience preferable
- Completion of welding, electrical, and refrigeration courses is preferred
- Welding, refrigeration, electrical, and electronics training
