Maintenance Mechanic - Weekend Day Shift

Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on production and facility equipment, including dryers, chillers, HVAC, and filling line machinery. Repair broken machines, identify unexpected breakdowns, and order replacement parts. Assist with electrical projects, pipe fitting, and minor installations while maintaining documentation and cleaning shop areas. Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance and maintain technical knowledge through training. Weekend day shift (6:00am–6:30pm) with shift differential. Requires at least one year of manufacturing mechanic experience; legal work authorization without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have at least one (1) year of work experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
- Weekend Day Shift 6:00am - 6:30pm
- Week One : Sunday, Friday, Saturday
- Week Two : Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- Have at least two (2) years of work experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
- Have an industrial, electrical, and/or welding certification or license
- Have at least one (1) year of maintenance experience applying electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience implementing Programmable Logic Controls ("PLC")
