Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic responsible for routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair on scrap processing equipment and facility. Roles include performing preventive maintenance procedures, maintaining equipment and facilities, preparing maintenance reports, coordinating open jobs, ensuring safety during monthly inspections, and working with various heavy equipment brands (Toyota, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Sennebogen, Liebherr). Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of mechanical experience, strong reading/writing in English, ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency in welding/electrical/hydraulics, basic tools, and physical ability for demanding tasks. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 3 or more years work experience in a similar role in a similar industry
