Maintenance Mechanic

Perform regular preventative maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems. Assist in the repair of woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts according to manufacturer specifications. Order supplies and parts as required while maintaining records of all repair and maintenance activities. Adhere to established safety rules, participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, and prepare various reports. If assigned to the Treating Department, handle hazardous waste and materials in accordance with specific procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
