Maintenance Mechanic

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment. Install, test, maintain, and service machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Complete work orders, inspection reports, labor tracking, and parts procurement while maintaining accurate records. Coordinate equipment service activities and ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Requires 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing experience, knowledge of mechanical, pneumatics, and electrical systems, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10:30pm or 10pm to 6:30am.
