Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance across the facility. Responsibilities include using standard maintenance tools, working with welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems; reading mechanical schematics/blueprints/manuals; documenting completed work in maintenance software; collaborating with peers to drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, productive environment; operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts; adhering to safety rules and maintaining clean, safe work areas; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting with/without accommodations
- Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
- Demonstrate experience in 1 or 2 maintenance trades and components (e.g., electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems)
