Job Summary
Perform preventative mechanical maintenance on machinery and equipment, execute emergency repairs, and utilize measuring instruments to locate and fix problems in both wet and dry manufacturing environments. Troubleshoot complex repairs for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and natural gas fired equipment while adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines. Maintain peak facility efficiency by adjusting functional parts, removing defective components, and communicating issues to employees or vendors. Requires 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and electrical repairs. Hourly wage ranges from $34.00 to $40.50 USD. Located in Livingston, CA.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing performing maintenance and electrical repairs on equipment
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including engines, motors (480V 3 phase), pneumatic tools, pumps, HVAC equipment and production machines
- An understanding of basic hydraulics, electrical, welding and HVAC equipment
- Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship
- Must reside in area or be willing to commute to the Livingston, CA location
