Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic responsible for preventive maintenance on production (Blending & Packaging) and facility equipment; diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems; install/repair industrial pumps and valves; operate the CMMS and manage spare parts inventory; maintain a clean, safe work environment; collaborate with Sr. Maintenance Mechanic on improvement projects; perform related duties as needed; requires 3-5 years of maintenance/technical experience, forklift and scissor lift operation, and bilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education (AAS or higher) preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic or technician for commercial or manufacturing facility
- 2 years’ experience in facilities and custodial maintenance in a commercial or office environment
- 2 years’ experience with forklift and scissor lift operation
- Previous boiler, pipe cutting, welding, industrial design etc. preferred
- Skilled trade certification(s) or equivalent work experience preferred
