Job Summary
Conduct planned, unplanned, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operational effectiveness of equipment enabling industrial disposal processes. Utilize root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages, prioritizing work to minimize production downtime while completing all required paperwork in the computerized maintenance documentation program. Repair and maintain industrial machinery through inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement, evaluating operations to diagnose malfunctions and reviewing reports to modify future maintenance activities. Inspect equipment for conformance with operational and safety standards while working rotating shifts in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years' experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
- Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
- Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
