Job Summary
Perform interior and exterior maintenance functions including repairs of fixtures, floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, and parking lots. Execute preventative maintenance checks on all equipment, HVAC systems, fire protection sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers. Make minor electrical and plumbing repairs while safely working from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts. Act as a liaison with contractors and inform supervisors of potential equipment or system problems. Requires hands-on experience with corded power tools such as circular saws, table saws, and drills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work from ladders and scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Hands on experience with corded power tools associated with building maintenance and repairs such as circular saw, table saw, sawzall, and drills
- Capable of safely lifting and moving equipment and materials up to 40 pounds
