Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior maintenance on Center structures, including fixture repairs, floor tile work, paint prep, and lighting replacements. Perform preventative maintenance checks on HVAC systems, fire protection sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers. Make minor electrical and plumbing repairs while safely operating ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts. Act as a liaison with contractors for maintenance and repair areas. Assist customers when needed and inform supervisors of potential equipment or system problems. Requires hands-on experience with corded power tools such as circular saws, table saws, and drills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work from ladders and scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Hands on experience with corded power tools associated with building maintenance and repairs such as circular saw, table saw, sawzall, and drills
- Capability of safely lifting and moving equipment and materials up to 40 pounds
