Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician sought to diagnose, repair, and maintain automated plant machinery, industrial electrical systems, and facility equipment in a high-speed manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair of valves, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, boilers; diagnosing and replacing control devices and industrial electrical systems; machining and fabricating parts with shop tools; performing preventive/predictive maintenance; logging repairs and work orders in the department software; providing on-call facility support. Requires 2+ years of repair/maintenance experience, technical training in machine mechanics or industrial electricity preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Shift: 6pm–6am; Location: Hagerstown, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years machine repair and maintenance experience
- Technical training with concentration in machine mechanics or industrial electricity preferred
- Valid State or Government-issued Driver’s License
- Ability to stand/walk for 12-hour shifts; lift up to 60 lbs; work at height
