Job Summary
Maintenance & Mechanic Operations Technician responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and reliability of Memorial Park facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Performs routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on park amenities, facilities, vehicles, small engines, electric and battery-powered equipment, and hydraulic systems; assists with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and facility tasks; documents inspections and repairs using work orders; monitors site conditions and reports safety hazards or operational issues; collaborates with coordinators and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and safe park operations; operates tools and equipment safely and supports events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of professional experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of basic building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Experience safely operating maintenance tools, equipment, and park vehicles
- Valid Texas driver’s license
