Job Summary
Maintain and repair all equipment in working order using a variety of tools, including heavy machinery. Conduct daily area set-ups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety, food safety, and quality standards are met while working around electricity and moving parts. Perform housekeeping to keep the environment clean and safe. Operate vehicles and work in confined spaces, elevated platforms, and wet conditions requiring full PPE. Must work overnight and weekends. Valid driver's license required. Previous experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHT AND WEEKENDS
- Valid Driver's License required
- Communication skills - read and write
- Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred - willing to train right candidate
- Good work history
