Maintenance Mechanic - Night

Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintenance repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and equipment modifications to production processes and facilities, while adhering to food safety and health and safety procedures; utilizes CMMS to log work orders, investigates root causes of breakdowns and implements countermeasures; collaborates with maintenance/engineering teams to implement permanent solutions, documents procedures and training materials, and works on both small and large technical projects; requires reading technical drawings and government regulations, strong analytical, Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to perform under fast-paced, high-intensity conditions.
