Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic at Mondelēz International operates and maintains at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and uses technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. Under coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, execute standard work processes on equipment using AM and PM standards, ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed, identify losses in their area and report them. You will bring experience in operating machines with coaching, safety and quality standards, reading and writing/comms, and collaborating in a diverse environment. Education: High School required. Job Specific Requirements include at least 2 years of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience; facility maintenance experience (preferred); participate in teams to enhance reliability and productivity; assist enhancements to the computerized maintenance system; work with minimal supervision in a team environment; union-based facility experience (preferred). Work schedule: Mon–Fri with weekend flexibility; 2nd or 3rd shift. Hourly wage: $38.93/hour. Mondelēz International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
