Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical production equipment and material handling systems within the plant. Support setup of newly purchased or relocated equipment by diagnosing malfunctions, disassembling machines, installing on prepared foundations, and reassembling components to verify repairs. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on vacuum pumps, filters, and overhead cranes while utilizing precision measuring instruments and electrical testing equipment. Operate hand tools, power tools, and material handling devices safely under operating conditions. Work from work orders, drawings, and manufacturer manuals to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification
- Must obtain and maintain Arc Flash certification
- Must obtain and maintain ESD certification
- Must obtain and maintain Fall Protection certification
- Must obtain and maintain Man lift Training certification
- Must obtain and maintain Forklift Training certification
- 2-5 years of manufacturing machine maintenance experience
- 2-5 years of basic knowledge of electromechanical systems
