Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic Lead oversees the manufacturing floor and staff, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to SQF and USDA standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
- At least 2 year of supervisory or lead experience
- Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and USDA compliance
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- MUST HAVE experience and an updated resume
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- CMMS experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
