Maintenance Mechanic III

Maintain and repair beverage production and bottling equipment while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive maintenance, rebuild components, and reduce downtime through effective root-cause troubleshooting. Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation and coordinate with vendors, contractors, production, quality, and safety teams. Work closely with these groups to keep systems running safely and efficiently at peak performance. This role supports high-speed production lines at a beverage manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX, requiring 3+ years of experience in similar environments and the ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
