Job Summary
Lead complex troubleshooting, oversee major equipment rebuilds and overhauls, and mentor junior mechanics on mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. Perform diagnostics on control boards, assist with capital projects and commissioning, and maintain CMMS records to drive performance improvements. Model safe work practices, lead incident investigations, and participate in lean initiatives and on-the-job training. Requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, advanced PLC certification, and ability to work in varying temperatures while lifting 50 lbs. Shift lead responsibilities may include supervising the maintenance team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in maintenance with leadership experience
- Advanced PLC certification

- Trade School or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food, beverage, or similar setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic
- Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and documentation
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, and background screen
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or certificate in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs or HMI systems
- OSHA 30 or equivalent leadership safety training
- Spanish language skills (useful for training and communication)
