Maintenance Mechanic II

Job Summary
Perform changeovers, answer line calls, and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems in high-speed production equipment. Repair and maintain existing and new installations while developing and scheduling preventative maintenance programs. Apply basic electrical skills to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems, independently executing assignments after general instructions. Take the lead on resolving complex technical issues and coordinate multiple projects while prioritizing competing demands. Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA training requirements to ensure safe work habits. Work flexible 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, and weekends, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field
- proven industry experience
- beverage experience
- Ability to read schematics
- Computer literacy
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of MP2 software
- PLC experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledgeable on OSHA laws
- Ability to implement all OSHA required training for the department
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must be 18 years or older
- Favorable background

- Ability and willingness to work 12 hour shifts
