Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment at the milk facility. Troubleshoot malfunctions, inspect defective parts, and fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools. Perform daily maintenance paperwork, adjust part dimensions, and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize tasks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while following diagrams and specifications for repairs. Ensure a safe, clean working environment by adhering to procedures and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing
- At least 1 year of experience with mechanical/electrical repair
- Knowledge of fabrication, machine shop tools, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and follow schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints
- Ability to lift 50lbs. and work in noisy environments
Desired Qualifications
- LME (Limited Maintenance Electrical) License preferred
- EPA Refrigeration Certification preferred
- Basic PLC knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
