maintenance mechanic I

Perform regular preventative maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems. Assist in repairs of woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts per manufacturer specifications. Order supplies and parts as needed while maintaining records of all repair and maintenance activities. Adhere to established safety rules, participate in safety and CI programs, and follow hazardous waste procedures if assigned to the Treating Department. Keep work areas clean and organized, and prepare various reports as required. High school diploma, minimum one year machine repair experience, and working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control technology required.
