Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and respond to breakdowns to restore operations. Inspect equipment, document activities, and read technical manuals to support new installations. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability while following safety and environmental procedures. Work Monday through Friday on the third shift in Houston, TX. This role supports safe, efficient manufacturing operations at H.B. Fuller, the world's largest pureplay adhesives company.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshooting documentation
- Proficiency using standard maintenance tools and equipment
- Authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree or vocational training in a maintenance-related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Certification in industrial maintenance, welding, or related discipline
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting or automated production systems
