Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with 5+ years of industrial mechanics experience, especially in injection molding. The role requires troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, as well as experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Occasional Saturday shifts may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of hands-on Injection Mold Maintenance experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pumps, air compressors, motors, chillers and valves
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with injection molding equipment
- Knowledge of proper operation of hydraulic, pneumatic systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting
Additional Requirements
- Must possess good communication skills - both writing and speaking
- Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks
