Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment while performing changeovers and preventative maintenance on plant machinery. Rebuild conveyors and sorting equipment, evaluate hand tools for compliance, and ensure new machines are prepared for operation following strict protocols. Document all maintenance records in the CMMS system and collect operational data to suggest actions reducing downtime. Requires proficiency with cutting, welding, and grinding; ability to lift 10-50 lbs; and knowledge of motors, controls, and PLC programming. Work 40-48 hours weekly with overtime requirements.
