Job Summary
Maintain equipment, machinery, systems, furniture, and buildings within Inspira Health Network facilities to ensure good working and structural repair. Perform mechanical repairs on heating, air conditioning, central, fuel, and steam systems while inspecting facilities and observing safety precautions. Operate Inspira-owned vehicles with a valid driver's license and work independently with minimal supervision. Requires high school graduation, trade school certification, and at least two years of maintenance experience. Full-time day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in Bridgeton.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Trade school certification (after high school)
- Minimum of 2 years' maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to inspect facilities and equipment
- Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and central systems
- A working knowledge of fuel and steam systems
- Ability to perform mechanical repairs
- Knowledge and observance of safety precautions
- Knowledge of electrical / mechanical systems of private buildings and safety codes
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years preferred maintenance experience
