Maintenance Mechanic (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Ensure continuous, safe, and sustainable operation of production lines and equipment, focusing on electrical devices and control systems. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements to avoid unplanned downtimes. Collaborate with production for technical innovations and improvements. Instruct operators on equipment operation and encourage optimization of complex process flows. Manage spare parts, support planning and commissioning of new machines, and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
- Work experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably process or chemical industry)
- Good social and communication skills
- Knowledge of operating systems, e.g. Siemens S7
- Enthusiasm for programming, process simulation and automation
- Ideally, experience with process improvement methods (LEAN, 5S+S, TPM, Visual Management)
- PC all-rounder with MS Office skills
- Fluent Dutch (written & spoken), English and German is an advantage
- High degree of independence and a hands-on mentality
- Motivated to develop yourself and the team personally and professionally
