Job Summary
Experienced Maintenance Mechanic responsible for comprehensive building facilities maintenance across locations in Oklahoma City, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and general building systems. Primary duties include preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency response, routine inspections, and completion of work orders; capability to assist with installation/modification of equipment and to respond to off-hours/weekend emergencies. Strong emphasis on documenting work, coordinating with management, and working with other departments; requires strong trouble-shooting skills, familiarity with building systems, and ability to operate in a team environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and a high school diploma or GED; preferred boiler operator license, trade school or apprenticeship training, and CFC certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial building maintenance
- Class 2 boiler operator license – is preferred
- Trade School or Accredited Apprenticeship Training Program- is preferred
- CFC Universal Certification- is preferred
