Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control system issues by reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Utilize diagnostic tools including voltmeters and testing equipment to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Work with outside vendors to coordinate repairs and recommend process improvements to reduce downtime. Complete accurate documentation for all tasks while maintaining a clean work area. Participate in an on-call rotation and work additional hours as needed. Requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and a valid Electrician/Journeyman License preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience maintaining industrial production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and industrial controls
- Experience with PLC systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, drill press, measuring equipment, and electrical testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications

- Aerospace manufacturing experience
