Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while performing preventative maintenance to maintain equipment to industry standards. Diagnose and repair simple problems in these systems as required or assigned by the supervisor. Run wiring, cabling, and ductwork, mount equipment, and place or remove systems according to specifications. Provide assistance to sub-contractors for installations and repairs, interface with building managers and customers to ensure satisfaction, and complete system status reports as directed. Purchase materials and maintain inventory for timely work completion. This role requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability and 24/7 on-call status.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work all shifts
- Must be available to be on call 24/7
- Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
- Universal CFC/R-410A
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
- Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior hotel experience a plus
