Job Summary

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility equipment and conveyance systems while adhering to OSHA standards and LOTO protocols. Document work performed in the asset management system and accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage. Assist in training junior technicians and collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects safely and on time. Apply expertise in PLCs, conveyors, three-phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing to support DC operational needs. Requires an associate's degree or vocational certificate, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency with specialized software like Crown PM. Shifts run Tuesday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. at a rate of $29.55 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Welding, burning, cutting
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
  • Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
  • Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
  • Good safety awareness
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Experience with LOTO
  • Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
