Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic responsible for repairing and maintaining shop machines and equipment, including motors, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Must be mechanically inclined, able to weld, and capable of working with cranes/hoists. Requires adherence to safety rules, PPE; ability to work with minimal supervision, and to climb to perform repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to long-term growth within DBM Global. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting completed tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with welding
- Experience with cranes and hoists
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Ability to climb and perform repairs at heights
