Job Summary
Maintain and repair all plant machinery, including rotating equipment, electrical motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Perform sanitary welding and fabrication on stainless steel while interpreting P&ID and mechanical drawings. Execute preventive maintenance plans, manage equipment records via CMMS, and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems. Work any shift including nights and weekends. Requires 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sanitary welding experience
- Proven stainless steel fabrication and welding skills
- Experience maintaining and repairing rotating machinery
- Experience in trouble shooting and repair of production equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical motors and controls
- Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and boilers
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to interpret P&ID, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Understanding and experience of preventive maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and maintain equipment and records
- Understanding and working knowledge of CMMS systems and work orders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Must be available to work any shift including nights and weekends
- 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance or related experience

- Formal education in a related field preferred
