Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in recycling/steel fabrication and related facilities. Responsibilities include preventing equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, welding and fabrication skills, hydraulics/pneumatics, reading and understanding technical documents/diagrams/service manuals, and ensuring clean, safe work areas with accurate service/repair records. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, stand for long periods, work overtime as needed, and collaborate effectively with a team.
