Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot machinery, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Remove, modify, repair, and replace machine components while executing torch cutting, metal fabrication, and welding projects. Order replacement parts, program and troubleshoot PLCs, and read schematics to resolve equipment issues. Train new team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs and drives
- Experience with Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with MIG and ARC welding
- Experience with Metal fabrication
- Experience with Industrial machinery repair and maintenance
- Ability to work with or without schematics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Willingness to work Day or Afternoon Shift
- Willingness to work Overtime as needed
- Willingness to work Weekends and holidays when required
- Willingness to have Flexible schedules to support emergency maintenance and production needs
