Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will support production operations and maintain existing equipment, implementing new machinery to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, performing inspections, preventive and emergency maintenance, and managing repairs on various warehouse equipment. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting knowledge, with 1-2 years of experience in maintenance; a technical degree or more extensive experience is preferred. Must be able to adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance field
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting knowledge
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work off ground level
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree
- 3-5 industrial maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a fast pace industrial maintenance department
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as scheduled.
- The ability to work in a dusty, dirty and non-air-conditioned environment.
