Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic responsible for preventative maintenance on mechanical handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, sweepers), documenting maintenance and inspections, selecting and updating repair parts, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication components. Must read schematics and drawings, use mechanical hand tools, and perform tasks including welding, brazing, soldering, and working with equipment in varying temperatures and noisy warehouse environments. Physical duties include frequent lifting and working in confined spaces, on ladders or elevated platforms, with PPE provided (safety glasses, welding helmet, ear protection, insulated clothing).
