Maintenance Mechanic

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical machinery, equipment, and facility systems at the Wauwatosa laundry facility. Handle utility and structural repairs independently or with external trades while conducting equipment inspections and maintaining accurate records. Oversee inventory, requisition materials, and provide timely support for emergency calls. Requires a high school diploma, associate's degree, or four years of applicable experience, with a Maintenance Professional license preferred. Full-time day shift position.
