Job Summary
Maintenance and Electrical Mechanic role in an on-site manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, mechanical stoppages, preventative maintenance, and lubrication of a wide range of machines; diagnose and repair motors (110V-480V), drives, and controls; perform diagnostics on PLCs, relays, contactors, motor starters, VFDs, proximity switches, and light curtains; install conduit and wire; operate a scissor lift and work at heights. Requires 2+ years of maintenance on assembly-line machines, understanding of pneumatic/hydraulic/electric documentation, PLC knowledge, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Welding experience is a plus; must be able to work on-site in Lancaster, PA, USA, and be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience on assembly line machines
- Ability to assess and fix routine electrical issues with production machines
- General knowledge of PLCs
- Ability to read and understand pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric documentation and drawings and interpret equipment data
- Experience with tools such as a multimeter
- Be legally allowed to work in the USA and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
