Job Summary
Maintain production and facility equipment to meet plant production goals, focusing on processing systems, material handling equipment, pumps, blowers, PLCs, and various sensors. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical devices including 240-480v motors, wiring, switches, servo motors, and drive components like gears, sprockets, chains, and bearings. Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems to ensure automatic operation of systems in a Food Manufacturing environment. Requires at least three years of Food Processing & Packaging maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work flexible hours including OT and rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment
- Possess strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and troubleshooting skills relating to the Food Manufacturing industry
- Must be able to work flexible hours including OT and some weekends
- At least three years of Food Processing & Packaging maintenance experience
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills working with food manufacturing equipment
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Desired Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Technical/trade School a plus
