Job Summary
Overnight Maintenance Technician role focused on safe, reliable operation of production equipment in a plastics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; supporting overnight production during downtime; performing preventive and corrective maintenance; testing repairs; fabrication tasks (welding/machining); assisting with equipment installations and process improvements; maintaining facility systems; and documenting activities. Requires strong electromechanical skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards, and a high school diploma or GED. Shift is 10:45 PM–7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday; location Little Canada, MN; direct hire. Benefits include 401(k) and insurance offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Blow molding or injection molding experience preferred
- Fabrication skills (welding/machining) a plus
