Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment including dryers, chillers, HVAC, fire pumps, mixers, mills, filling lines, conveyors, and tanks to support manufacturing goals. Perform assigned maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment. Operate heavy machinery and contact other employees during shifts running Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. This role includes a $1.00/hour shift premium and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. A criminal history review is required due to access to proprietary information and raw materials.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
