Job Summary
Adjust cheese cutting equipment, baggers, scales, labelers, and sealers for production runs while troubleshooting minor breakdowns. Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and maintain company buildings and facilities. Operate shop and hand tools safely with a basic understanding of mechanical and light electrical systems. Work Monday through Friday starting at 2pm. This role ensures smooth cheese production line operations at Pacific Cheese, a family-owned company with over 50 years of history.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic understanding of production line equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
